Registration

How does my university take part?
As a contingent. The Contingent Leader (CL) registers the university here, adds up to 3 Assistant Contingent Leaders (ACLs) and picks the events the university will take part in. The CL and each ACL then get their own portal.
When is registration open?
Contingent registrations are now open.
How do we add the rest of the contingent?
The CL uploads the contingent list through the portal. Once every member is verified, each person gets their own portal.
Can I take part without a contingent?
Yes, as a PRNC (Pre-Registered Non-Contingent). Register yourself here, or your CL can register you.
What do I need to register?
Your name, WhatsApp number, email and two IDs: your current university ID and a government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, driving licence or voter ID). We check that they match. Only current students can take part.
How do I sign in?
Sign in with the email you gave when registering. The last 4 digits of your WhatsApp number are your password.
Where do we send things for verification and vetting?
Everything goes through the portal: ID verification and every event submission.
Can we change our contingent after the deadline?
After the final contingent list is locked, changes go through the admin team. Send us an inquiry and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
